: Some say the perfect running sock does not exi… yeah, it’s true, needs and environments change which is is why we’re working on a range of socks that do good, look good, offer more, and maybe even moiré!
Developed Downunder by an extroverted engineer*/designer**/runner*** to support your pursuit on, over, and above the ground with a deeper mission to support the ground while we’re at it (see ourPURPOSE below).
So whether you’re looking for a bold, lightweight low-cushion racer, an odour resistant and enduring solution for the trails or a simpler option to securely hold the essentials. We’re working on a range of options to help you run brighter, lighter, louder, and in some cases sooner!

: jono, our founder is convinced that the key to a more sustainable future is right under our toes… and is hellbent on leveraging socks and anyone eager and interested in making strides toward material change as a platform. jono worked in research and modelling and made it a part of the plan to reinvest profits and actively participate in collaborative efforts toward sustainable material and process innovations. What that looks like exactly is still being mapped out, but it will involve strategic partnerships locally and abroad.
ourPURPOSE
: GROUNDsupport, literally… to the extent that I can use my skills, network, and resources to attempt to preserve and promote the natural resources, wonders, and blessings we have enjoyed and exploited so that the next generation can experience at least a skerrick if not more.

: jono is a father, founder, and the in-director in chief of OKOS. jono is prone to dreaming big, overthinking and overdoing it and a general mad cunt who can’t sit still.
Before developing socks and amongst other things jono trained and worked as a
* Materials & Biomedical Engineer with 20 years international experience in design, development & innovation in advanced chronic implantable medical devices
** Designer and Innovator with several granted patents and designs in his name.
*** Multisport athlete | Runner | ex-gymnast | Triathlete | Decathlete | Personal trainer. see above “can’t sit still”
But that prepared him pretty well to tangle in the high tension world of technical hosiery (see Venn diagram below)
